What you're buying
One Gift or No Gift game: 10, 15 or 20 boxes and 3 Banker offers you set up, a private link to send, and unlimited plays of that game (each one reshuffled). The current price is $4.99, charged once through Stripe. There's no subscription.
Building and sending
- Each game costs a one-time payment, made when you want its shareable link. You can fill and change the boxes before paying, but an unpaid game can't be played.
- Once paid, the boxes are locked. To use different gifts, create a new game.
- No account is needed, for you or for them. After paying we email you the link to share and a private results page; you can get them again any time on "Find my games".
Refunds
Because the game is digital content delivered immediately, you agree when paying that delivery starts right away, which ends the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. If something doesn't work, write to dateornodate.com@gmail.com and we'll fix it or refund you.
Your content
You're responsible for what you write in your boxes. Don't use the game to harass anyone or to share anything illegal or hateful. We can remove games that do. The gifts are suggestions: you decide what you give, and whether, when and how to hand it over.
Availability
We work to keep the game running, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. The game needs a reasonably recent browser; very old devices may not run it.
Liability
Our liability for any claim related to a game is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow such a limit.
Independence
Gift or No Gift is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any television show or production company.
Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law where you live.
